How are Exchanges handled? 
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order for exchange or store credit only.  No refunds will be issued. All Items on sale are final sales - no returns or exchanges. All exchanges must be authorized by us – please email us at fianceejewellers@bellnet.ca  for an authorization number.  All unauthorized exchanges will be refused upon receipt. This authorization number must be prominently displayed on the outside label of the shipping parcel.

Exchanges shipped from the USA: Customers must make sure to indicate clearly "FOR EXCHANGE ONLY" and declare low value on the parcel to be exempt from custom/duty fees. Fiancee Jewellers is not responsible for any customs fees encountered. 

Those making shipping for exchange/credit from outside Canada and the U.S.A are asked to consult with customs authorities in their own country to understand procedures.

What are your shipping and handling charges? 
Shipping Fees are $30 to locations in Ontario, Quebec and the United States. Additional charges apply for other parts of Canada and International locations.  Please contact us with your location and the items you wished shipped for an estimate.

Fiancee Jewellers will protect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information such as your name, purchase or email information to others. When you visit our website, a unique customer ID (cookie) is assigned and stored so that we can recognize you when you return and retrieve your customer information.
